They are engineered to lift motor vehicles for parking purposes but also suitable for car dealers to use as a showcase with glasscover around
the steel construction.
Structural Analysis for these lifts has been carried out in accordance with UBC-97 (Uniform Building Code) & ASCE-7
(American Society of Civil Engineers) with EQ and wind loads taken into consideration. Systems are approved by City of New York/Dept.
of Buildings. (Approval #: MEA157-04-E).
During manufacture, these units are sand blasted, treated with an anti- corrosion coating and then painted giving a long operational life.
4 high and 3 high come in 2 different height versions for sedans and suvs.

- Lifting capacity is 5500Kg / 13750lbs for the 3 HIGH and 7500Kg / 18750lbs for the 4 HIGH.
- NEW security system against steel cable failure.
- Has mechanical security system that prevents undesired moves.
- Can be lifted up or down manually in case of power failure.
- 45 seconds lifting time for each deck.
- Lifting height 2m each deck / 78" or optional 60" for low height clearances.
- Can be installed indoors or out.
- Endurance approval issued by The City of New York Department of Buildings - MEA (apprv. # 157-04-E).

Safety Features:
The Power column is fitted with a mechanical safety lock that automatically engages with each platform during descent.
This locks the platforms in the event of any electrical or mechanical failure. For complete safety, the lock has to be manually
released during the descent phase (man present system).
Making sure that below the platform, there is no vehicle or obstacle, the person using the mechanical lever deactivates the lock
mechanism which will then allow the platforms move downward safely. There is also a cable failure mechanism as an additional safety measure.
Parachute valves, otherwise known as hose rupture valves, placed inside the cylinder that stops the downflow of the oil in case of emergency.
